do you accept insurance?
Yes, we accept insurance. We work with a wide range of insurance providers to help maximize your coverage. Please contact our office with your insurance information, and our staff will assist you in verifying your coverage
What if I don't have insurance or my insurance doesn't cover my care?
If you don’t have insurance or chiropractic benefits, we offer self-pay options. Our office strives to make care affordable and accessible to all patients. We can discuss payment plans and options during your visit.
Do I need a referral from my primary care doctor?
In most cases, you do not need a referral from your primary care doctor to see us. However, some insurance plans may require a referral for coverage. Our expert patient access coordinators will help you navigate your benefits, and find the best option for your situation.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit cards, HSA, FSA and debit cards. Our office will provide you with an itemized bill for services rendered, and we are happy to answer any questions you may have regarding billing.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that life happens and appointments may need to be rescheduled or canceled. Please provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another patient. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.
