Dr. Caitlin Sembach
Dr. Caitlin was born and raised in northern Illinois and attended Millikin University for her undergraduate degree in Biology. She went to Logan University in St. Louis, Missouri for chiropractic school before moving to Arizona in August of 2020. She uses Diversified, Thompson, Motion Palpation, Cox-Flexion Distraction, and Activator adjusting techniques. She is also trained in McKenzie protocols, dynamic neuromuscular stabilization, selective functional movement assessment, cupping, and dry needling. She has wanted to be a chiropractor since going to one for soccer injuries in high school.
In her free time she enjoys lifting weights, hiking, and playing with her dog Oliver! She also loves helping others with fitness and nutrition. She has always loved being active, and even played collegiate soccer and swam competitively for 8 years. She is happy to be a part of the Preferred family and hopes to give patients the confidence to live pain-free, active lifestyles!
