How do I get Started?
To get started, you should first call your primary care physician. Your primary care physician can provide you with a referral.
Will my insurance provider cover the services provided by PRI?
Your health insurance provider can tell you if rehabilitation services are covered under your plan.
Do you accept private patients?
For private pay or to be referred to a physician, just call us or fill out the online registration form and we will be happy to assist you.
What are the services that are currently provided by PRI?
PRI provides the following Rehabilitation Services:

  SPEECH THERAPY
  PHYSICAL THERAPY
  OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY
  DIETARY CONSULTS
  SOCIAL SERVICE CONSULTS
  DENTAL CONSULTS
  FAMILY/CAREGIVER EDUCATION

Who needs Rehabilitation Services or what are some of the symptoms that require the need for Rehabilitation?
There are many different types of symptoms both physical or behavioural which may require immediate care. The following is a list of some of the symptoms if you or someone you love have or is experiencing:
 
Difficulty expressing yourself.
Difficulty starting a swallow.
Choking or coughing during eating or drinking.
Food remaining in your mouth after you swallow.
Difficulty walking.
Frequent falling.
General fatigue or tiring easily.
Difficulty with buttoning, cutting food or doing other simple tasks.
Stiffness or pain when you move or difficulty getting out of a chair or bed.
Turning a key or a doorknob.
Keeping your balance.

What are the symptoms that a child/infant may experience which require Rehabilitation?
Difficulty eating or swallowing.
Not eating enough.
Choking or coughing during eating.
Food remaining in the mouth or liquids or saliva leaking out of the mouth.
Not yet walking.
Frequent falling.
Not yet talking.
Difficulty with buttoning, working with toys or doing other simple tasks.
Does not follow directions or make eye contact or turn head to calling of name.
Rock or bang head.
Unable to hold bottle.
Does not roll over or sit up.
Stutter or stammer.
Speak too unclearly to be understood.
